What to expect on the call
First 5 min
I ask you to walk me through what is on your desk. Plain language, no acronyms required.
Next 15 min
I ask sharper questions about the data, the team, and the systems already in place.
Last 10 min
I tell you whether I think I can help. If I can’t, I usually know someone who can.
